          I have directed the SPIO to update the website and indicate the details of Foster Care Services provided in Delhi in the last financial year in terms of male and female children. I have gone through the question framed by the applicant and point no. 2 and also the reply.  I find that the reply indicates that Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection) Act, 2002 are being applied in Delhi. SPIO is directed to examine the feasibility and need of framing separate rules if any and reply the applicant by 30/06/2008 and also post it on the website.
